What is your refund policy?

The one-time subscription fees are non-refundable.

Any reoccurring subscription fees are cancellable at any time via PayPal and the following monthly reoccurring payment will not be processed. If you wish to cancel your reoccurring subscription with us, simply cancel your subscription on PayPal before the time its expiration. The license of cancelled subscription will be deactivate after cancellation up to the next billing date.
